Unlike many large-scale digitization services, all work is done 100% onsite in our Mooresville, NC studio. Your media never leaves our facility, guaranteeing secure handling, complete control over the digitization process, and the highest level of quality assurance.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry & Consultation

Clients can begin their project in the following ways:

  2. Schedule an Appointment – Recommended for in-person drop-offs at our Mooresville, NC studio.

  3. Walk In During Business Hours – No appointment needed for smaller orders.

Once we receive your request, we log all details into our CRM system and follow up to:

Step 2: Secure Drop-Off or Mail-In Submission

Clients can visit our studio in Mooresville, NC by appointment or walk-in for small projects. For larger collections, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure efficient intake and tracking.

Mail-In Services

For clients outside North Carolina, we provide detailed shipping instructions to ensure safe transit of your media. Upon arrival, we notify you via email or phone and log every item into our CRM system.

Tracking & Inventory Management

Upon receiving your media, we:

  • Generate a digital inventory with notes on media condition and requested services.

  • Provide courtesy notifications if additional cleaning or repair is required before digitization.

Step 3: Inspection, Organization & Preparation

Film Reels (8mm, Super 8, 16mm, 35mm)
